The word OBA SKOBA comes from my late grandfather Jesus "Jesus Chamorro" Charfauros. I chose to use OBA SKOBA to honor his memory. 

My grandfather was born February 27, 1933 and passed away June 5, 2013. In the 1970s my grandfather was a radio show personality for KUAM in Guam. It was during this time, OBA SKOBA was born.
